This Cafec Flower dripper is beautifully designed and most importantly provides you with a stellar cup of coffee. It may be our new favorite dripper. Each piece is hand-made by Japanese craftsmen using traditional Japanese Arita ware technique. You’ll notice gouges into the inner surface of the dripper keeping an air layer between the paper filter and the dripper. Thanks to this, coffee fines can expand fully.
The cone shape allows for a deep filtering layer to allow water to circulate in the dripper. That in addition to the small ribs around the bottom hole allows for a flow path for the coffee giving you a smoother and better tasting coffee.
